If you want to find balance, you need not look any further than Cardiff.

GZSC Cardiff exploits the area’s perfect running and cycling routes, socialises amongst the city’s fantastic hospitality industry, and brings together likeminded individuals, whether they be working or students.

Our Cardiff contingent is led by Brad Smith and Chris Bond. Brad is a seasoned ultra-marathon runner, having won National 100-Mile Men’s competitions, and is also competing in Hyrox. Chris is one of Cardiff’s “local legends”. Chris studied at Cardiff University and has stayed in the city to practice as a physiotherapist. You’ll struggle to find anyone better at the ‘social run’ and you won’t be missing your well-earned post-run pint with Chris in control…
